same here. It's been happening with all of the Private servers i've been downloading. I hope Nexon didn't sue everyone lol >_>

i think the server is full...cuz when i look at the server clearly its the same amount...it doesn't decrease nor increase

Have you gotten banned before? That's usually the case. Your character has been banned, you make a new account, and then you can't connect because they still have your MAC address, IP and crap.

When the server crashes, You'll just have to wait a bit.
