Delete a character

Hm, how do I delete a character..? I typed the birth date as I registered at "Create game account". Unfortunately it wont accept it and continues ask me for a correct brithdate.

I always use search before asking anything, only found one topic and it show'd out to be that the registered birthdate supposed to be the solution.

Yes of course I did it by order.

I tried again recently and tried neither in YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY-DD-MM, DD-MM-YYYY, MM-DD-YYYY, DD-YYYY-MM and MM-YYYY-DD.

And whatever I've typed online is usually storaged so I can go back and see what I've typed recently, it show'd out to be that I did not type wrong birthdate ingame.

Still it refuses to delete my character.

What's your character name? I will give you your birthday, if it still doesn't work i delete your character by hand.

Ah beautiful service, but I've created another one to see if I get same issue and yes, it still require my birthdate over and over.
So I created a new one.

My last one were "Exopy" and you can delete that game account.
