After some serious research, cross referencing phone numbers, people, addresses, etc, we have made a very nice discovery!
It was a hoax! We haven't told the people who did all this we know it was a hoax, and we don't plan on it. If they read these forums, they will see we know.
So for those who want to know more about this, here is a short story:
We did research, we came to the conclusion that this was a hoax. We decided we would NOT open back up though until Saturday, when we were suppose to get a legal letter giving more info. This was to just make sure. If we did get a letter, then we would stay down, not getting the letter though would mean we would go back up.
I just got a phone call from the guy though saying "Yes, we have done more research, and it seems Private Servers are in no way violating our copy right."
That's why we opened just now. So even if this whole thing was real, we already got the ok to go on ahead.
But this person needs to do their research next time.

2. Wrong phone number
3. Wrong general info
ThunderMS will open again this weekend on our dedicated server, don't know when exactly yet.
I received around 100 emails and can't answer them all, please ask your questions on the website!
