Press the server status beside the ranking button.If the page dosen't work the server is offline.

Well the server isnt 24/7, at least not until people donate more money. But whenever it pops up the message it means the server isnt online. Also if the server status thingy on the portal page doesnt work, it usually means the server is offline also. Check the time zones to see when it is open because Vince is probably on a different time zone than you if it is always offline when you want to play.

We already got over 30$, but we have trouble the the paypal account, since we didn't got a credit card.
