hey ive searched everywhere for lvl 70 items and above and i have no idea where i can get them from, can anyone tell me where i can get them from im a lvl 83 fire/poison mage

Most of them are in the path of time in ludi. If you go real deep down in the center of ludi youll find em.

Dude, there are so many sites to check.
For example: www.basilmarket.com or hidden-street.net
When you go to basilmarket you see Items on the top, click Magician there and there you go.
