After some massive research i realized it isn't too risky to continue the server. ThunderMS will be back in some time with a new website and a new dedicated server. I dont tell the time this will take yet, simply because i don't know it, depends on how fast i make a new website and how fast the new server is here. Still keep the word maybe in mind, because it isn't 100% yet.

As someone else said, you wont be sued, only OdinMS Is. And at the moment they dont have to pay charges because of summet summet they found.
