hey ive searched everywhere for lvl 70 items and above and i have no idea where i can get them from, can anyone tell me where i can get them from im a lvl 83 fire/poison mage

Dude, there are so many sites to check.
For example: www.basilmarket.com or hidden-street.net
When you go to basilmarket you see Items on the top, click Magician there and there you go.
