by ummm, im kinda new at this, so idk if suppose to be putting this up, but i really do need help. i looked at help and support forums and followed the steps for game playing. but when i try to drag the v.55 to the maple story global folder, it says access denied i dont have permission to do that er somthing, can you please help me????

Biggest chance would be that your firewall or anti-virus program is blocking the folder somehow. If you got AVG anti-virus please add my MSN (it's on my profile) and I will help ya out

Firewall or an antivirus can't be the problem..100% not.
It's something with his computer account or hard drive.

If your Using Vista you need Admin Porperties
Unless your using Windows XP you needa provide a Password.
To do this go into the admin account then drag and drop the 0.55 Local Host in and There ya Go~

Right click the map and then properties, maybe you got Read Only on.

how come when i on thunderms or other private servers, it goes in a black screen( loading) but returns bak to windows in a few sec. cant be run.

Bit offtopic but thats because your not using the right version of maple story. It has to v0.55 and if you have v0.56 you'll need to downgrade. Theres a guide on how to do that here.
