I don't have any favorites right now, but I have a bunch that I really enjoyed. =P
Before it came out in the U.S., Naruto and Death Note were my favorites.

Air Gear - sporty anime/manga
Bleach - somehow i lazy to chase anymore seem like no end for it
Naruto - same as Bleach
Midori no Hibi - love story as a girl become her admired man's left hand (or right.. i forgotten)
Shakugan no Shana - lolli lover's favorite.. xD
and much much more.. cant say it all..
