You can Buy C-Illbis in Patch 0.55 cause they are Out but depending on IF Vince Made the Forging NPC's Work BUT I highly Doubt it you can buy C-Illbis from Mystery or HotTuna~

the only problem is..... like myst is the only gm who sells things... i guess... and well its his choice what he wants to sell so he probally won't sell ilbi's mabye he will or mabye he just doesn't want to
