I deleted it and i tryed to download the client but says "404 Not found"

so why doesn't he Contact an administrator for PayPal? or he could just as easily make a new one witch god knows it Does not take longer than 3 days to make another account on PayPal...ugh id do it if i had the opportunity... well thanks for explaining
